They are all the people who will be activated on the platform. People are all the users you can add to your organization: administrators, managers, employees, suppliers, collaborators, consultants.

When will I have to pay?
The invoicing is annual in advance for annual amounts of less than € 1,000. For higher annual amounts, billing is quarterly in advance. You can stop using TYMEX at any time without any problems, although of course we hope this will not happen.

Yes, for customers with over 50 users, we offer a 15 % discount
Can I cancel, increase or decrease the level of my subscription?
Yes, at any time. You can add more users one month and reduce the number the next without any hidden costs. Cancellation is possible at any time.
How can I purchase additional user licenses?
Just send us an email telling us the number of users you want to add. We will change your invoice automatically.
